These are a series of personal training plans that you may find useful.
Training - lesson plans and check lists.
The following lessons plans are based on the BSAC training methodology. i.e., breaking down tasks into easy manageable steps, demonstrating the steps and getting the student to repeat them. This is repeated until the student achieves the right standard and feels confident.
For those that are not BSAC aware the
mnemonic
'SEEDS' is used in the dive brief to cover the main aspects of the dive. It stands for Safety, Exercise, Equipment, Discipline and Signals. I have changed the order to put the exercise first which seems to make better sense.
These are my own personal aids to training and have been build up over the last five years whilst learning to be a diving instructor. They are dynamic and constantly being updated and improved, they are offered 'as is' and any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
The actual core training areas are highlighted in pink. They can be printed out by pressing 'Control P'.
