Shallow

  1. Demonstrate fin pivot, show chest expansion and rise - Students repeat.
  2. Demonstrate kneeling position, rise just off the bottom - Students repeat.

Deep

  1. Repeat 1-2.
  2. Repeat 2 rising to mid water.
  3. Repeat 2 rising to near surface.
  4. Demonstrate forward rolls, maintaining depth - Students repeat.
  5. Demonstrate backward rolls, maintaining depth - Students repeat.
  6. Demonstrate hovering 1m off the floor horizontally - Students repeat.
  7. Students practice swimming around the pool (shallow and deep) neither breaking the surface nor touching the floor.
