  1. Demonstrate breathing through nose only + mouth open - Students repeat
  2. Insert regulator, head in water and breath with no mask - Students repeat

Shallow

  1. Pinch mask to fill a little/hold mask/head back/breath out through nose and clear mask - Students repeat
  2. Repeat with half filled mask - Students repeat
  3. Repeat with flooded mask - Students repeat
  4. Demonstrate mask removal (removal, identify nose piece
    strap behind hand, clear hair, refit, replace strap and clear) - Students repeat

Deep

  1. Repeat 3 - 6
